HOURLY RATE:

Any additional consultation or meeting time performed outside of the scope of this project or under the terms of this agreement will be charged at the rate of $150/hour.

Owner reserves the right to change this rate during the term of this agreement if there is a significant change in the scope of the project, and reserves the right to negotiate a change in this rate for all future agreements, based on the nature of work conducted, and scope of project(s). Client will be informed in writing should this rate be changed during the term of this agreement. 

PAYMENT:

50% of the total fixed fee, minus add-on services ($1,600), is due in-full upon signing of contract to secure project in my books. Additional add-on services are also due in-full at signing of contract. Owner will invoice Client for the remaining balance of the fixed fee in two phases: ($800) upon kickoff of project Discovery Phase, and ($800) at the completion of the contract. All payments by Client after project deposit are due on a Net 15 schedule: in-full, within 15 days of receipt of invoice.
