HOURLY RATE:

Any additional consultation or meeting time performed outside of the scope of this project or under the terms of this agreement will be charged at the rate of $175/hour.

Owner reserves the right to change this rate during the term of this agreement if there is a significant change in the scope of the project, and reserves the right to negotiate a change in this rate for all future agreements, based on the nature of work conducted, and scope of project(s). Client will be informed in writing should this rate be changed during the term of this agreement. 

PAYMENT:

Depending on the project’s particulars, Owner will invoice Client in installments toward the total Project Fee at kickoff, and with the delivery of final files (longer-duration projects will have a third or fourth installment after the project’s 2nd and 3rd phases). All payments by Client are due in-full upon receipt of invoice.
