First of three payments toward the Project Fixed Fee:

Client to pay first installment ($1,000) upon project kick off in November 2025.

Second installment ($1,500) will be billed upon completion of Color Scheme Development + Space Planning Phase. 

Third installment ($1,500) will be billed upon completion of the final phase (Interior Decoration) and hand off of final files.
